LumiCode requires Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0. and will run on any Windows® operating system that supports the .NET 2.0 framework.

This includes Windows XP and Vista, but doesn't rule out 2000, because you can download the .NET Framework Version 2.0 runtime.
