Printing Diagrams and Reports

Printing

1. Under the File menu, click Print.

2. Set the Print Range. If you select All, the complete set of diagrams and reports in your project will be printed. If you select Selection, only the currently selected diagram or report will be printed.

3. Click OK to print.

Scaling

1. When you print a diagram, it will be scaled down to fit on one page if required. This is a good reason to keep your diagrams simple.

2. When you print a report, there is no scaling. The report will print on as many pages as required.
